Starting out in a non-traditional role for a woman has its challenges, especially in skilled trades. Misty worked hard and travelled to other provinces to gain work experience, eventually carving out her path to opening Electrify Electrics in January 2017. "It wasn't easy," she says, " being a woman in a male-dominated industry has its fair share of what sometimes seemed like possible insurmountable challenges, but I never gave up and pressed forward."

A graduate of the New Brunswick Community College, Misty continues to learn, offering new and innovative solutions to her growing residential and commercial clientele.
